About the role
Our bartenders create memorable, unique experiences beyond simply mixing drinks. They stay on top of trends, micro‑local offerings and evolving guest needs while delivering exceptional service throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Build memorable guest experiences at the bar and take ownership of service beyond the bar area.
- Stay updated on new drink trends, micro‑local offerings and guests’ evolving preferences.
- Maintain a flawless bar operation, ensuring high‑quality drinks and accurate cash handling.
- Develop relationships with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate guest needs.
- Follow safety protocols, company policies, protect assets and maintain confidentiality.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb and reaching or bending as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant bartending experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
