About the role
Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a bartender to work behind the bar. The role is about crafting creative drinks and making guests feel like VIPs in a lively, stylish atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Craft high-quality cocktails, mocktails and specialty beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage guests warmly and keep the bar stocked and running smoothly
- Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards
- Stay ahead of the latest drink trends
- Deliver excellent service whether the venue is busy or intimate
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in bartending
- Outgoing personality and passion for hospitality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests and the team
Required skills
- Knowledge of beverages, including cocktails and wines
- Upselling techniques
