About the role
The Bartender joins the Guest Service team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, creating memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. This role blends service, hospitality, and attention to detail to ensure every interaction feels part of a unique dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain bar stations, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and coordinate with fellow team members to deliver timely service.
- Interact with guests, take drink orders, serve beverages, and respond to special requests.
- Clean work areas, bar equipment, and supplies throughout the shift to maintain hygiene standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
