Bartender

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts create memorable experiences for hotel guests, delivering food and drink service with a focus on quality and hospitality. As a Bartender at Sheraton Dubai you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
• Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, restock supplies, and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and move safely on varied surfaces.
• Verify menu information and ensure accurate drink orders are delivered.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines throughout the shift.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
