About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Bartender to join the iconic QE2 floating hotel in Dubai. In this role you will craft a wide range of beverages, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the memorable guest experience aboard the historic vessel.
Key responsibilities
- Create, mix and serve alcoholic beverages and food to guests, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Ensure proper storage of liquor, fruit and equipment to maintain freshness and safety.
- Plan drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials.
- Record inventory and order supplies for the bar, keeping stock levels optimal.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
Required profile
- Warm and engaging personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Bartender; mixology skills are an asset.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
