Beauty Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Beauty Advisor will work in Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty Boutique at Yas Mall, delivering a memorable and personalized experience to each client. You will be part of a high‑end sales team focused on makeup, fragrance, and skincare.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailored client experiences and provide personalized beauty solutions.
• Build and maintain a loyal client database through proactive clienteling.
• Drive cross‑selling across all boutique categories and achieve sales targets.
• Handle client complaints and requests in line with Chanel guidelines.
• Participate in beauty events, workshops, and brand‑related activities.
• Ensure boutique visual merchandising and operational standards are upheld.
• Prepare and deliver reports to the Boutique Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
• Passionate about makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
