Beauty Consultant - YSL, Dubai Mall (Emiratisation)

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a full-time Beauty Consultant for its YSL counter at Dubai Mall. The consultant delivers outstanding customer service, applies appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets, and is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launches, promotions and merchandising. The position is open to Emiratis.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build strong customer loyalty
• Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability, uses and services
• Assess customer needs and advise on the product range best suited to them
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of brands and products
• Generate sales and track sell-out targets at store level, reporting daily sales
• Take part in achieving incentives and track post-launch sales
• Maintain merchandising levels according to brand guidelines and replenish stock on the right shelves and counters at the right times
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form and receive stock according to procedure
• Keep high standards of personal grooming

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• Ability to work full time at the counter in Dubai Mall
