Beauty Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Beauty Sales Consultant to join the pre‑opening team of a luxury 5‑star hotel spa in Dubai. You will be the face of the spa, guiding guests through premium treatments and retail products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell spa treatments and skincare products to hotel and mall visitors.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to overall spa revenue.
• Maintain high standards of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the spa environment remains immaculate.

Required profile

• UAE‑based candidate with previous experience in a luxury hotel spa environment.
• Demonstrated pre‑opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for customer service and retail sales.
• Qualified in beauty or skincare with a proven track record of selling within a luxury setting.

Required skills

• Excellent product knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments.
• Ability to conduct effective face‑to‑face interviews and trade tests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
