About the role

Bedaya is a 12‑month introductory workplace programme for Emirati university graduates, designed to launch a career in banking and finance. The programme offers a fully customised rotational experience across key Emirates NBD departments and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments and strategic projects tailored to your career goals.
• Follow a three‑phased, individualised learning plan to develop future‑ready and digital skills.
• Participate in regular check‑ins with the Emiratisation team for continuous support.
• Engage in graduate life activities to build internal networks and contribute to the community.
• Undergo bi‑monthly performance reviews to track progress.

Required profile

• UAE national with a bachelor’s degree or higher (any major) and little or no work experience.
• Ambitious, challenge‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a diverse environment with over 85 nationalities.
