About the role

The Bell Attendant Driver supports guests at Avani Deira Dubai Hotel, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and handling luggage and transportation coordination. The role blends guest service with logistical duties in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries and provide information on hotel products, services and promotions.
Operate the bell service desk, greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling and storage.
Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area at all times.
Coordinate delivery of messages and items to guest rooms.
Assist guests requiring special attention and complete shift duties as outlined on the checklist.
Arrange transportation, including taxis, private vehicles, limousines and other hotel vehicles, ensuring seamless guest travel.
Support other hotel departments when required.
