Bell Attendant – Guest Service Professional

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Bell Attendant to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure and ensuring a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and exceed their expectations throughout their stay.
• Transport guest luggage from arrival points to rooms and back to the lobby at checkout.
• Handle guest messages, mail, and packages promptly and professionally.
• Deliver morning newspapers and other guest deliveries without delay.
• Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Keep the concierge desk and store room clean, tidy, and well‑organized.
• Stay up‑to‑date on hotel facilities and local services to assist guests effectively.

Required profile

• Diploma in hospitality or vocational training in hotel concierge services.
• Strong English communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Physically fit, proactive, courteous, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera guest profile system (PMS).
