Bell Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join Four Seasons Dubai at DIFC as a Bell Attendant, providing premium luggage handling and guest service in a boutique‑style luxury hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests’ luggage needs, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver luggage to guest rooms upon check‑in and collect it at check‑out, transporting items to storage or the Front Desk.
• Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pick‑ups.
• Interact with guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Adhere to Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Professional attitude and commitment to exceptional service.
