About the role
Join Hilton’s award‑winning team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Bell Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable first impressions by assisting with luggage and providing warm hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
- Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
- Maintain bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
