About the role

First impressions are everything at Le Meridien Dubai. As a Bell Boy – Guest Arrival Expert you will welcome guests, guide them through arrival and departure, and ensure their stay is memorable from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, including providing local area highlights.
Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports and maintain a safe, professional environment.
Perform physical duties such as standing, walking for extended periods and moving objects up to 50 lb unaided or over 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
