About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network, which brings together more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is looking for a Bell Boy in Dubai. The Bell Boy is always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile, ensuring guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive by respecting their belongings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guests' luggage, messages and other items throughout the property in a timely and courteous way
• Personalise room orientation, highlighting key amenities and services
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand
• Assist guests with directions, local recommendations and general inquiries
• Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences
• Handle and store guest luggage safely, keeping storage areas organised and clean
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Required profile

• Service-focused personality is essential
• Customer-related experience is an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
