Bell Person – Guest Services

About the role

At Fairmont Hotel Dubai, the Bell Person plays a key part in ensuring guest safety and wellbeing while delivering the signature luxury service of the brand. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will greet, assist and guide guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in line with Accor brand standards.
• Provide clear information on procedures, room features and hotel services.
• Assist guests with luggage, deliver faxes, mail, parcels and run errands promptly.
• Maintain key control procedures and adhere to occupational health & safety regulations.
• Report suspicious activities, parcels or behaviours to security.
• Greet guests courteously, using their name at least three times during the conversation.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a professional presentation.
• Vibrant, enthusiastic personality and guest‑oriented attitude.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional language is a plus.
• Physically fit to lift items up to 30 kg.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑changing environment and flexible working hours.
