About the role

As a Bellman (Guest Arrival Expert) at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai, you will create memorable first and last impressions for guests, guiding them through arrival and departure experiences with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
• Share local area highlights and provide personalized information to enhance guest stays.
• Move about the property as needed to fulfill guest needs and support operations.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies and procedures, and protect company assets.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional appearance.
