Bellman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

First impressions are everything at The Ritz‑Carlton. As a Bellman you will act as a Guest Arrival Expert, guiding guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences and ensuring they feel cared for throughout their stay. You are empowered to move about the property, address operational needs, and share local highlights, creating a seamless and unique guest journey from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that assist guests during arrival and departure, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and handling luggage.
• Prepare and complete reports, share local area highlights, and move throughout the hotel to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 lb unaided (and up to 75 lb with assistance).
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures, protecting assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
