About the role

The Bellman at SIRO One Za'abeel plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will greet guests warmly, handle their luggage with care, and ensure every interaction reflects the hotel’s wellness‑focused ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise closely with the front‑office team to guarantee smooth arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring safe handling.
• Provide personalized service by understanding guest preferences, local attractions, and on‑site amenities.
• Answer guest inquiries promptly and courteously, directing requests to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain a welcoming presence at the hotel entrance, opening doors for incoming guests.
