Bellman – Guest Services at Bulgari Resort Dubai

About the role

The Bellman provides first‑impression hospitality by greeting guests, handling luggage and assisting with transportation at the Bulgari Resort on Jumeirah Bay Island. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a seamless and luxurious experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and providing information on property amenities, services and local attractions.
• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, assist with storage, and handle loading/unloading of luggage from vehicles.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation such as taxis, shuttles or limousine services, and communicate parking procedures.
• Supply directions, assist guests with disabilities, and answer telephone inquiries using professional etiquette.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and report any safety or security concerns.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lb unaided, moving objects over uneven surfaces, and navigating stairs or ramps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
