About the role
As a Bellman at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, you will be the first and last friendly face guests encounter. You will create a warm welcome on arrival and a pleasant farewell on departure, contributing to a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with luggage.
- Control lobby traffic, ensuring smooth flow of arrivals and departures.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
- Act as an ambassador for the property, representing the brand’s standards.
- Support the front‑desk team during peak periods and special events.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a positive learning attitude.
- Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
