Bellman – Guest Services Porter

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Bellman to be the first point of contact for guests at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. You will create memorable experiences through warm hospitality and ensure smooth porterage and arrival services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and facility recommendations.
• Supervise and handle the storage, safekeeping, and movement of incoming and outgoing baggage.
• Coordinate guest arrival and departure experiences together with the doorman and reception teams.
• Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired‑car services according to established procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating security incidents or complaints when necessary.
• Maintain the hotel entrance and driveway in line with service standards and ethical codes.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure all tasks comply with workplace safety and health policies.
