Bellman – Luxury Resort Guest Services

About the role

The Bellman provides warm, efficient, and personalized service to guests at a luxury resort, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining facilities and services.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, restaurants, pools, spa, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation, taxis, and airport transfers as needed.
• Deliver luggage, messages, packages, and other items promptly to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bellman, Porter, or similar hotel role (preferred).
• Experience in a 5‑star or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
• Friendly, confident, guest‑oriented personality and ability to work under pressure.
• Physically fit to handle guest luggage and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
