Beverage Manager – St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort

About the role

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to lead daily beverage operations across its restaurants, bars and room service. You will ensure high‑quality service, maintain inventory controls and support the overall guest experience while adhering to budgetary targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee beverage service in all outlets, including bars, restaurants and in‑room dining.
• Manage liquor inventories, control policies, and ensure compliance with local liquor laws.
• Assist with menu planning, lounge promotion and training of service staff.
• Monitor cost controls, portion standards and beverage potentials.
• Participate in pre‑ and post‑event meetings to align with group requirements.
• Support the food‑and‑beverage team by covering other outlets during peak periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of beverage operations, inventory management and liquor regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain standards and drive guest satisfaction.
