About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. In this role you will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain clean work areas, all while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, addressing guest needs throughout the meal.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Handle menu information, verify items visually, and assist guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
