Bid and Contract Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Giesecke+Devrient is looking for a French‑speaking Bid and Contract Manager to support sales activities and ensure contractual compliance across the bid lifecycle. You will work closely with the Bid Team, legal, compliance and execution teams to shape deals, negotiate terms and manage risk.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align contracting strategy with the Bid Team and senior management.
• Drive the contracting process from draft to signature, ensuring use of standard templates.
• Perform contract Statement of Compliance (SoC) during tender and offer phases.
• Support the execution team with high‑level escalations, disputes and contract changes.
• Maintain a risk‑mitigation list throughout negotiations and hand over contracts to the execution team.
• Provide regular status reports to the reporting manager.
• Lead tender management, create offerings and participate in customer negotiations to challenge unfavorable terms.
• Coordinate with global legal, compliance functions and subsidiaries on contractual matters.

Required profile

• Fluent French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in contract management, bid or tender processes, preferably in a technology or security‑focused environment.
• Ability to assess contractual risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
