Bilingual Arabic/English Paralegal - Corporate & Litigation

About the role

Aventus is working with a leading international law firm in Dubai that is hiring a bilingual Arabic/English Paralegal to support its Corporate and Litigation teams. The role sits within an established international practice, working closely with lawyers on corporate, commercial and contentious matters. It is an office-based position in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Support the Corporate and Litigation teams on ongoing client matters.
• Liaise directly with UAE government authorities, courts and relevant institutions.
• Coordinate filings, notarisation, visa applications and licensing procedures.
• Manage client communications and administrative requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous paralegal experience in a UAE law firm, ideally supporting Corporate and/or Litigation teams.
• Familiarity with UAE government procedures, filings and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational, drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
