Bilingual Arabic/English Speech-Language Therapist (DHA‑Licensed)

About the role

The Dubai Autism Center is seeking a compassionate, DHA‑licensed Speech‑Language Therapist who is fluent in Arabic and English. You will provide high‑quality therapeutic services to children and young adults with autism, working within a multidisciplinary team to help each individual reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs of individuals with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct therapy using evidence‑based practices.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Work closely with families, offering guidance and support.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility letter.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Up to 2 years of experience; recent graduates eligible to obtain a DHA license are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Arabic and bilingual proficiency in English for documentation and communication.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a strong desire to specialize in autism intervention.
