Bilingual Marketing Specialist - AI Trainer

About the role

DataAnnotation is seeking a bilingual marketing specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with AI models in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress and creating conversational content that improves their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and assess the quality of their outputs.
• Evaluate AI model responses for correctness, relevance, and brand voice.
• Generate novel conversation scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Track performance metrics and report on model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic.
