Bilingual Restaurant Manager – Luxury Venue in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at a luxury dining venue in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on team leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences for an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operation, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Plan shifts, supervise staff, conduct training, and track performance.
• Maintain compliance with quality, hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Manage reservations, VIP customer care and resolve incidents promptly.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to optimise timing and service flow.
• Control costs, oversee inventory and support sales initiatives to maximise revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a high‑end restaurant.
• Proven people‑management abilities, including hiring, organising teams and results‑driven leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to handle demanding situations and interact with an international clientele.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, quality control, menu and pairing management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
• Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in a luxury restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with basic management tools such as POS systems and spreadsheets.
