Bilingual Student Recruiter (Arabic & English)

About the role

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a dynamic Student Recruiter to join the Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department at its Abu Dhabi Campus. This full‑time administrative position drives strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and engage prospective students. Reporting to the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment, the role focuses on boosting student interest, enrollment numbers and diversity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns targeting local and international prospects.
• Engage with prospective students through events, webinars, school visits and digital channels.
• Maintain a high‑quality applicant pipeline and track enrollment metrics.
• Collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
• Provide personalized guidance to applicants, answering queries in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
