Bilingual Virtual Events Producer - Webinars & Executive Programs

About the role

Harvard Business Publishing is seeking a bilingual Virtual Events Producer to design, deliver, and manage live virtual webinars and executive programs for its global client portfolio. The role is contract‑based, remote, and requires fluency in English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for virtual live events, including setup, delivery, recording, wrap‑up and reporting.
• Offer real‑time assistance to clients, facilitators, guest speakers and participants to ensure first‑class learner experiences.
• Troubleshoot technical, scheduling and content issues during events and communicate changes promptly.
• Create, deploy and analyse in‑event polls and other engagement tools.
• Coordinate with clients, moderators, thought leaders and internal teams before, during and after each event.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a virtual events producer.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with the ability to work EMEA business hours.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
• Strong executive presence and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Smartsheet for event planning and tracking.
