About the role
The company is seeking a BIM Architect to develop high‑quality BIM models and shop drawings for projects in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local codes and efficient coordination across disciplines.
Required profile
- 3–6 years of professional experience in BIM.
- At least 2 years of experience on projects in the GCC region.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Familiarity with Dubai Building Codes and Dubai Municipality Codes.
