About the role

Parsons is seeking a BIM Engineer specialized in dry utilities to support utility infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and coordinating 3D BIM models for power, street lighting, telecommunications and related networks.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for dry utility infrastructure, including power distribution, street lighting and telecommunications.
Perform clash detection, model reviews and coordinate designs with multidisciplinary teams using BIM platforms.
Generate detailed drawings, utility layouts, schedules and documentation directly from BIM models.
Maintain model quality and compliance with client standards and company procedures.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
UAE National (Emirati) status.
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior BIM or utility project experience is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection and model coordination.
Familiarity with Dynamo scripting and Common Data Environments.
