BIM FireFighting Modeler

About the role
The BIM FireFighting Modeler will work on‑site in Dubai, developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for firefighting systems. You will ensure the models are coordinated with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines and comply with local fire protection codes.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings and create accurate 3D BIM models for firefighting systems.
- Perform clash detection and model validation across multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare model‑based documentation for design and installation teams.
- Participate in design reviews, resolve modeling issues and support continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
Required profile
- Proficiency with BIM software and workflows, preferably in building services.
- Ability to read and translate architectural and construction drawings into 3D models.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and fire protection codes, standards and local regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
