BIM Modeler MEP

About the role

The BIM Modeler – MEP will lead the creation and management of detailed mechanical, electrical and plumbing models using industry‑standard BIM tools. You will ensure high‑quality deliverables, mentor junior staff and support project teams in meeting design and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced BIM model development, creating complex parametric families and components.
• Implement and enforce modeling standards such as ISO 19650.
• Conduct quality‑control reviews to guarantee accuracy and consistency of all deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior modelers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Utilise Dynamo and Grasshopper to automate workflows and solve modelling challenges.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to align BIM outputs with overall project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality results.
