Blending / Process In-Charge – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Blending / Process In‑Charge to supervise and coordinate production activities within the Lubes & Grease manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing blending, filling and related processes to ensure efficient, safe and quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise blending, filling and production activities.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules.
• Ensure accurate execution of formulations and batch cards.
• Monitor grease cooking and other manufacturing processes.
• Manage tanks, pipelines and production equipment.
• Supervise production manpower and allocate duties.
• Monitor production yield, losses and material consumption.
• Coordinate with QC for testing and batch approvals.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with HSE, quality and ISO procedures.
• Identify and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a UAE lubricant manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of lubricant and grease manufacturing processes; degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
