Blue-Collar Recruiter – Bulk Hiring Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead bulk hiring initiatives across a wide range of blue‑collar occupations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large volumes of candidates to meet the ongoing manpower needs of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume hiring for multiple blue‑collar categories such as drivers, technicians, electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters, welders, HVAC technicians, cleaners, warehouse workers and general labour.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, recruitment drives, field sourcing and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings for skills, experience, salary expectations, availability and job suitability.
• Organise walk‑in/open‑day recruitment drives and trade tests.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate documentation.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring manpower requirements and manage backup candidates.
• Track no‑shows, drop‑outs and replacements, and provide regular hiring reports.
• Collaborate with operations and hiring teams to align on manpower priorities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS records and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Support mobilisation and onboarding documentation where required.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in blue‑collar or bulk recruitment.
• Proven track record hiring roles such as drivers, helpers, technicians, electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters, welders, HVAC technicians, cleaners, warehouse workers and general labour.
• Strong understanding of mass hiring and recruitment drives.
• Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and tight turnaround times.
• Experience with recruitment agencies or manpower outsourcing is preferred.
• Exposure to GCC/UAE recruitment is an advantage.
