BMS Technician Level 2 – Atlantis The Palm

About the role

The Building Management System (BMS) Technician Level 2 will ensure the smooth operation of the resort’s BMS platform, supporting HVAC, energy monitoring and automation across the property. Working closely with the maintenance team, you will diagnose faults, optimise system performance and help maintain a comfortable, energy‑efficient environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot BMS screens, control panels and field controllers.
• Respond to alarms, notifications and system faults, taking corrective action or escalating as needed.
• Inspect, diagnose and maintain sensors, actuators, VFDs, field devices and control systems.
• Support optimisation of HVAC, pumps, fans and other mechanical equipment through the BMS.
• Coordinate adjustments and integrations with HVAC, electrical and mechanical teams.
• Log operational parameters, perform energy monitoring and report deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness of panels, control rooms and work areas while adhering to HSE policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience working with BMS, HVAC controls or related automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and alarm logs.
• Strong attention to safety and procedural compliance.
