Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

The NEEDS Center seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA care for a high‑net‑worth family in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate. This part‑time, 20‑hour‑per‑week position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact through evidence‑based interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plan for the client.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training, support, and feedback to ABA Specialists working with the client.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification/license.
• At least two years of experience delivering ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency using Mac OS and related software.
