Board Director (Equity Position)

About the role

We are seeking a Board Director to join the Board of Directors of Forensic Times, a global investigative media, intelligence, research, and events organisation based in Dubai. This role combines strategic leadership with an opportunity to invest capital and receive an equity stake in the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and governance oversight.
• Contribute to major business and organisational decisions.
• Leverage professional networks to develop strategic partnerships and opportunities.
• Advise on media, investigative journalism, technology, commercial, and international expansion strategies.
• Support fundraising, investor relations, business development, and strategic growth.
• Help establish Forensic Times as a globally recognised investigative media and intelligence brand.
• Attend scheduled Board meetings and strategic sessions.
• Represent Forensic Times at professional events, conferences, summits, and industry forums.
• Support international expansion and market development.
• Act as a senior ambassador and trusted representative within relevant professional networks.

Required profile

• Experienced entrepreneur, executive, investor, or industry leader.
• Angel investor or high‑net‑worth individual interested in early‑stage ventures.
• Strong professional and international network.
• Experience in board leadership, corporate strategy, investment, media, technology, cybersecurity, investigations, law, finance, or related fields.
• Ability to open doors to strategic partnerships, investors, institutions, corporations, or government networks.
• Passion for independent, evidence‑based journalism and the fight against crime and fraud.
• Willingness to actively contribute to the growth and internationalisation of Forensic Times.
