Booking Material Handler (GR)

About the role

The Booking Material Handler (GR) supports the smooth flow of goods by organizing order schedules, preparing shipments and ensuring accurate documentation. Working closely with logistics, production and customs teams, you will help meet customer delivery expectations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise internal and external order schedules and consolidate deliveries according to supervisor priorities.
• Store and sort shipment items, preparing goods for delivery.
• Check shipping orders and visually inspect product labels, reporting non‑conformities with Quality Control.
• Create accurate transport documents (delivery notes, shipping documents, transport orders, pickup orders) in SAP for domestic and international customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of packaging materials such as pallets.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, fire protection and environmental regulations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (Level III or higher).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar material handling or packaging role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Forklift Driving License.
