Boutique Manager

About the role

Buccellati, a renowned Italian high‑jewellery Maison, is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of its new store in Abu Dhabi. As the brand ambassador, you will drive boutique performance, ensure exceptional client experiences, and uphold the Maison’s heritage and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets while managing budgets, expenses, and inventory.
• Develop and implement boutique action plans in collaboration with the commercial department.
• Lead and motivate the boutique team, conduct regular meetings, audits, and ensure compliance with brand policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate staff training.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and act as brand ambassador at events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury jewellery or watchmaking.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills with a proactive, target‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Italian are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of diamond grading, jewellery design and gemology qualifications.
