Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Foreground LLC is partnering with a premium chocolate brand in the UAE to appoint a Boutique Manager for its flagship location in Production City, Dubai. This leadership role blends operational excellence with high‑end client service, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand’s heritage and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full boutique P&L, including sales targets, budget planning, and cost control.
• Drive the overall client journey, delivering personalized and memorable service experiences.
• Lead a team of sales advisors, supervisors, and support staff with clarity and consistency.
• Implement brand directives on visual merchandising, store layout, and seasonal presentations.
• Analyze sales data, client behavior, and team performance to inform decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, and loss‑prevention practices.
• Act as the key point of contact for internal departments such as merchandising, marketing, and training.
• Represent the boutique in management meetings, contributing operational insights and team feedback.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, staff development, and customer excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proven success in managing boutique teams, clienteling strategies, and luxury sales growth.
• Deep understanding of premium customer behaviors, retail trends, and experiential retailing.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; able to inspire, coach, and challenge teams.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable, articulate, and confident when engaging with high‑profile clientele.
