About the role

The Finance Support Specialist provides comprehensive after‑sales financial support, focusing on revenue collection, accounts receivable, and credit control for Al‑Futtaim Automotive Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle payments via multiple methods, manage same‑day cheque collections, and ensure daily deposits in CDM with SAP reconciliation.
• Monitor AR reports, follow up overdue invoices, maintain credit customer database, and process credit limit increase requests.
• Process invoices, manage sales documentation, ensure compliance with AFM and bank protocols, and support Opex/Capex reporting.
• Generate ARIBA spend reports, assist in forecasting, and perform nationwide revenue reconciliation.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register, support insurance renewals, supervise cash and cheque transactions in SAP, and coordinate with MIS for reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage AR and invoice processes accurately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP financial modules.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and credit control.
