Branch Sales Executive

About the role

Alaabdi Holding is seeking a proactive Branch Sales Executive to drive personal finance sales and acquire new retail clients across the UAE. The role focuses on building relationships with individual and corporate customers, guiding them through the banking application process, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new retail banking clients for personal finance solutions.
• Conduct external sales calls and corporate visits to generate business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with individual customers and corporate partners.
• Collect, verify, and compile client documentation to ensure compliance with banking policies.
• Guide clients through the application lifecycle while delivering high‑quality service.
• Track daily sales activities and coordinate with back‑office teams for smooth processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in banking, personal finance, or commercial sales, preferably with field sales exposure.
• Understanding of banking compliance, credit assessment, and personal loan documentation.
• Strong business development and client prospecting abilities.
