Branch Sales Executive – Personal Finance (Outsource)

About the role

The Branch Sales Executive will source new Personal Finance applications from the local market for ADIB Group in Al Ain. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and UAE banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Personal Finance customers within the target segment, achieving assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR) detailing customer visits and outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with business entities and individuals, and follow up on potential deals within the stipulated turnaround time.
• Review and verify credit applications and supporting documents (e.g., bank statements, passports, Emirates ID) for accuracy before processing.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, coordinate card issuance, and monitor disbursement timelines.
• Escalate any delays, errors, or customer complaints to the Branch Manager or supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business flow and participate in promotional activities.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Personal Finance and other retail banking products.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, Central Bank regulations, and associated risks.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality, adhere to office timings, and present a professional image.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing credit applications and supporting documents.
