Branch Sales Officer

About the role

As a Branch Sales Officer you will drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service within the branch environment. Your primary focus is promoting and selling personal loan products to UAE National customers with a consultative, customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Execute branch sales and service tasks accurately and within defined turnaround times to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote and sell banking products, primarily personal loans, to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide professional guidance and product information to customers while adhering to the Staff Code of Conduct.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Support day‑to‑day branch operations under the Line Manager’s guidance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Deliver all assigned sales and service activities with precision, timeliness, and high service standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Branch Governance Charter, operating procedures, service standards, and regulatory, compliance, and risk‑management guidelines.
• Follow approved product programmes, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns as defined by the bank’s sales strategy.
• Handle routine customer queries and issues, resolving them through established processes and escalating when required.
• Participate in Business Continuity Management activities and complete required trainings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in banking, client relationship management, or customer service, preferably within HNWI / priority banking or relationship‑management environments.
• Proven experience in managing and growing high‑value client relationships.
• Behavioral competencies: teamwork, adaptability, resilience, strong customer orientation, and a result‑driven mindset.
• Functional competencies: strong attention to detail, effective communication, basic technical proficiency in banking systems, and demonstrated initiative and ownership in achieving sales targets.
