Brand and Communication Specialist – Regional Office

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Brand and Communication Specialist reporting to the regional office in Dubai. You will drive experiential marketing initiatives across KSA, ensuring the brand resonates with both existing and new audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Experiential Marketing Strategy for KSA, including festivals, event sponsorships, exhibitions, and guerrilla marketing.
• Create a consolidated activation calendar and act as brand guardian to maintain consistency.
• Align communication strategy with business objectives, market dynamics, and consumer insights.
• Lead local campaigns, influencer collaborations, and activations while managing performance metrics and budgets.
• Proofread all Arabic communications to ensure tone of voice and brand consistency.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and exhibitions, overseeing design of branding materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies and key stakeholders.
• Support regional PR strategies and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with BRF Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of FMCG marketing experience.
• At least 3 years in brand or communication roles covering exhibitions, events, and activations.
• Desirable experience in corporate communication, PR, retail marketing, e‑commerce, or social media.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
