Brand & Content Manager

About the role

MANEL is a Dubai luxury fashion house founded in 2019, combining French silhouettes with Gulf modesty; its occasion wear is made in Dubai and worn across the GCC for weddings, engagements, Eid and galas. Working with the Founder and Creative Director, you will lead content, social media, PR and partnerships and oversee the external performance marketing agency, while the Social Media Manager reports to you.

Key responsibilities

• Turn the Creative Director's vision into seasonal campaign plans aligned with collections, launches and commercial goals.
• Keep brand voice and visual identity consistent across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, the website and offline.
• Develop content in English and Arabic for Saudi and GCC audiences.
• Own the monthly content calendar and weekly creative supply to the paid media agency.
• Write creative briefs and plan and manage editorial shoots, campaigns and lookbooks, including casting, locations, teams and budgets.
• Ensure images show garments accurately in colour, fit and fabric, with no AI-altered garments or synthetic models.
• Work with the e-commerce team so product imagery, descriptions and size guidance help clients choose correctly.
• Act as main contact for the paid media and SEO agency, review campaign plans and creatives, and review agency reports against store sales data and budgets.
• Build relationships with editors, stylists, influencers and media across the GCC, manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, and coordinate brand events, trunk shows and activations.
• Align campaign timelines with Design, Production, Sales and stock availability.

Required profile

• 5+ years in brand, content or marketing for luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• A portfolio showing campaigns, content direction or visual storytelling.
• Experience managing agencies, photoshoots and creative production.
• Strong visual judgment and excellent writing in English; Arabic or French is a strong advantage.
• Comfort with performance data and budgets.
